Sridharan Nair (or Sri as he is commonly known) is currently the Chairman for PwC in Asia Pacific, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, having served as the Vice-Chairman, Markets for the region for 4 years prior to taking up his current role in 2024. In his regional roles, he has been responsible for developing and execu ng PwC’s strategy and support for its regional clients, and for amplifying the firm’s brand and presence in the region, working with PwC leadership teams across 12 countries in Asia Pacific.
Sri was the Territory Senior Partner of the Malaysian firm from 2012 and of the combined Malaysia-Vietnam firm from 2015 un l 2020. From 2020 to 2024, he was a member of PwC’s Global Inclusion and Diversity Council that set the strategic direc on for PwC globally in this area.
Sri is an alumnus of Universi Malaya and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Ins tute of Accountants. He is a licensed audit partner and has 36 years’ experience in audit and business advisory services, having worked with a wide range of clients across various industry sectors in Malaysia. He has also served as a member of the Financial Repor ng Founda on of Malaysia from 2019 to 2025, an appointment by the Ministry of Finance.
